Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or customization reasons.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

We will work quickly to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.


Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
